    Good morning, SAS families!

    Here is today's Morning Prayer.

Mrs. Durazo is officially back from maternity leave.  Welcome back, Mrs. Durazo!  We missed you!

Attached are highlights from Decades Day during NJHS' Spirit Week.  Thanks to all who participated!  Love the spirit!  Congratulations to Esther in Grade 4 for winning the costume contest and Jack P. in Grade 8 for winning the trivia!  Your prize, a gift card, will be emailed to your parents today.  Please be on the lookout!

Please complete this End of Year Remote Learning Survey to give us feedback on the past 11 weeks so that we can plan for the future, should the need for remote learning arise again.

Attached is a flyer regarding a virtual summer program being offered by two of our teachers for rising K2-Grade 3 students.  Please check it out!

Attached is also a flyer regarding a virtual Spanish summer program being offered by Senora Iriarte, who taught 8th Grade Advanced Spanish this year.  It is offered for all grade levels.  Please see flyer for details!

On Monday, June 8, all families are invited to tune in to www.cparl.org at 12pm for a closing School Mass.

On Thursday, June 11, all Grade 1-7 families are invited to come "drive thru" the school parking lot to pick up their child's personal belongings, which teachers have bagged and labeled.  This is also an opportunity for your child to wave to their teacher "from a distance" and you can also drop off textbooks as well as used uniforms that no longer fit your child.  You are asked to come during the window that matches your last name:

    8:00-8:30am: Alonge-Czech

    8:30-9:00am: Daniell-Greene

    9:00-9:30am: Hackley-McClain

    9:30-10:00am: McGeoghean-Nonni

    10:00-10:30am: O'Leary-Sousa

    10:30-11:00am: Sullivan-Zuccaro

If you are unable to come at your scheduled time, please contact Mrs. Oglesby to arrange for a separate, safe pickup/dropoff.  Please note that 8th Grade, K0, K1, and K2 are not included in this because they will have already received their items.  If you need to drop something off for one of these grades, please contact Mrs. Oglesby to make arrangements.  Thank you.

Here is a fun resource for this summer - Camp Kinda - check it out!

Today's fun activity suggestion is:  check out the Exploratorium's website!  So many cool science-related things, and you don't even have to go to California - they've put everything online!

    Shout-outs to:
All of our awesome students as they finish their last official day of classes!  We are so proud of you!

Our amazing teachers, who have worked hard to find new and creative ways to teach during this time of remote learning and have worked tirelessly while trying to take care of their own families!

You rock star parents who never cease to amaze us!  Who ever would have thought that anyone could handle all that you have taken on these past three months?  But you've done it, and we are so grateful for your support!

    Have a great day!

    United in prayer,
    Mrs. Oglesby
