Sophomore Grandparent’s Day

Arlington Catholic has developed a successful annual tradition, now in its 14th year – Grandparent’s Day! Each year, we celebrate the students’ grandparents and special friends with a prayer service and special luncheon at the school. We begin our annual Grandparent’s Day at 12:00 pm with a brief registration, followed by a prayer service for both the grandparents and grandchildren. After the service, they will have lunch together in the cafeteria and wrap up the afternoon with a tour of the school. We know how much grandparents enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and learning about their day-to-day activities. We hope this event will give them an opportunity to share some special time with their grandchildren. Because of the large number of students, this event will be limited to grandparents of sophomores. Also welcome are any family members or friends who are like grandparents to your children. As you already know, Grandparent's Day coincides with testing day for sophomores and all activities will commence after students finish their testing.
