Grade 9 Application Steps

 

Step 1: Create a RenWeb Online Application Account by clicking here.  Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Step 2: Complete the online application which includes student essays and current teacher or guidance counselor recommendation.

Step 3: Request an official transcript from your current school.

Step 4: Take the entrance exam (High School Placement Test-HSPT is preferred*) Click here for more information and registration for the HSPT.

Optional: Submit a financial aid application. Financial Aid Application deadline is December 31, 2018. The financial aid application can be found in the online application under the FACTS tab.

All grade 9 applicants will be considered for an academic scholarship on the following criteria:

  • HSPT composite score of 60 or above
  • Average of 80 or above in all grade 7 and 8 classes
  • Discipline record in good standing

 

The application deadline for the 2019-2020 school year is December 31, 2018.

 

Grades 10 and 11 Application Steps

Step 1: Create a RenWeb account by clicking here, then Create New ParentsWeb Account with the District Code ACSA-MA. 

Step 2: Complete the online application which includes student essays and current teacher or guidance counselor recommendation.

Step 3: Request the following from your current school:

  • Current official high school transcript (including most recent report card) and disciplinary report
  • Standardized test scores for tests administered during high school

Step 4: Complete an admissions interview

Optional: Submit a financial aid application. Financial Aid Application deadline is December 31, 2018. The financial aid application can be found in the online application under the FACTS tab.
