As a reminder, tomorrow is a WIN day.  Hopefully students can catch up on any outstanding work so they can fully enjoy next week!

Today's fun activity suggestionCheck out these photos of animals that normally avoid the hustle and bustle of cities who are freely roaming now that people are staying in their homes.  We have our very own example here in Arlington!  The Lee family has a mama duck nesting in their backyard!  Stay tuned for photos when these babies hatch!

The Poem of the Day is: "Ducks" by Mary Ann Hoberman

    Ducks are lucky

    Don't you think?

    When they want to

    Take a drink,

    All they do is

    Duck their bill.

    (Doesn't matter

    If they spill.)

    When they want to

    Take a swim,

    All they do is

    Dive right in;

    And they never

    Seem to sink.

    Ducks are lucky,

    Don't you think?

    Shout-outs to:

8th Grade for a great Zoom discussion about the Civil Rights movement yesterday!

K0 for their awesome cloud art yesterday - safe travels on your Dragon Hunt today! ;)

K1 for their amazing patterns and writing!

    So proud of you all!

    Have a great day!

    United in Prayer,

    Mrs. Oglesby
