    Daily Update, Wednesday, 5/6/2020

    Good morning AC-

Our daily opening prayer at AC: Loving God, as I begin this day, help me to live my life to the best of my ability. To be open to those who love me. To respond to those who need me. To forgive those who hurt me. To be especially kind to others with my words and actions. And to appreciate the world in which we live. Saint Agnes, Pray for us. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today is G Day. Students should complete work for Mods 3-4-5-6-7.

While not required, students are highly encouraged to attend the virtual meetings of your classes. Each class will hold at least one session per week, only something serious should keep students from attendance. Student class ‘attendance’ will count towards the 45 minute requirement, students who do not attend the live session may have additional work to make up the time.

Everyone should continue to practice social distancing and stay home as much as possible. In addition to the school building, all fields in the town of Arlington (including the AC Turf Field) are closed until further notice; there should be no gatherings of any kind on the fields.

Please remember to fill in the "Plans After Graduation" survey Mrs. Lally emailed to each of you.  It is a list of colleges each student applied to on Naviance and Guidance needs to know the decision of each college and especially where we will be sending their final transcript to.

The last day of virtual class will be this Thursday, May 7. Students will have until May 13 to complete any assignments. Grades for seniors will be due from teachers on May 20.

The Medford Catholic Women’s Club has a scholarship for young women from Medford who are planning to attend college or nursing school. Please call Jerri Clemente at 781-391-5048 for information and an application. The deadline is May 15th.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love.

    V. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created.

    R. And you shall renew the face of the earth.

Let us pray. O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant us in the same Spirit to be truly wise and ever to rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen

    Blessings,
